The task
Monitoring is configured by different teams. Without roles and a log, it is unclear who turned off a check and why.
How it is solved
Users sign in through A3.ID. A role sets the base permissions, and granular permissions refine them. Products can be opened to specific departments. The audit log shows who changed what and when.

Can I give support view-only access?
Yes. There are support and viewer roles for that, and permissions can be refined individually.
