How payment works
Through A3.ID
The subscription is paid in A3.ID, one account for all products of the A3 ecosystem.
Choose the term
A subscription can be purchased for 1, 6 or 12 months.
Add-on packages
If a limit is not enough, buy a 30-day package: monitors, users, a status page, proxies or AI assistant requests.
Limits visible in advance
The “Subscription” section shows the usage of every limit, and an overage is flagged before it gets in the way of your work.
Payment questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 5 monitors, one status page and up to three users.
What happens when a limit runs out?
You cannot create new objects beyond the limit, but existing ones keep working. The limit can be raised with a 30-day package or a plan change.
Where is the subscription paid?
In A3.ID. That is also where you choose the term: 1, 6 or 12 months.
Are all check types available in every plan?
A plan may restrict certain check categories. The monitor editor shows this in advance with a mark next to the type.
