Internal APIs, databases and brokers are closed to the internet, but their outage stops the business just the same.
How it works in A3.Observe
- 1The private agent is installed in Docker, as a systemd service or as a Windows service.
- 2The agent connects to A3.Observe with outbound requests only, so no ports need to be opened.
- 3Your team sets the list of networks the agent is allowed to reach.
- 4Services reachable only from a trusted network are checked through a proxy or SSH tunnel.
- 5If the agent goes missing, its checks get the “agent unavailable” status.
