Checks through a proxy
The service accepts connections only from a trusted network? Check it through your proxy.
Where to check from
The task
Some services are reachable only from specific addresses or through a bastion host. Without that route, a check sees an outage that does not exist.
How it is solved
A proxy is described once in the “Proxies” section and selected in the monitor. The connection can be tested before saving, and for an SSH tunnel the server key fingerprint is verified.

Limitations
- The number of proxies is limited by the plan.
